It is as simple as that to use the Wellion FRIGO cooler bag:
 

  1. Put the inside pocket into cold water for several minutes,  within this time the crystals in the cooling fin build up a gel - the  inside pocket will grow thicker.
  2. Afterwards it is important to wipe off the inside pocket with cloth to remove surplus water.
  3. Put the cooled insulin into the Wellion FRIGO inside pocket.
  4. To protect the objects in your handbag or your suitcase, put the filled inside pocket into the Wellion FRIGO outside pocket.
